I am a single woman that moved to Tucson a month ago,I was given a Samsung Precedent and can not pick up my voice mail because I don't have a passcode.

Hi merri mcCarthy. Welcome to Android Forums and congrats on the Samsung Precedent. Often, your voice mail psswd will be the last four digits of your phone number unless you've set it to something. If you can't gain access, contact your service provider and they will give you instructions on how to get your voice mail.
