Default please help

ok so i recently broke my galaxy nexus and i got a new one from the insurance company with verizon but the new phone constantly shuts off and turns back on or the screen goes black and has all the multi-colored lines through out the screen what do i do please helpp!!!!!!!!!!!

Welcome to AF. you might want to contact the insurance company, I believe the replacements are warrantied to work.
