Hi guys, can you help me know how to make my S3 switch over to 4G?

Hello Amy. Welcome to Android Forums. You should find a setting to either LTE/CDMA or CDMA only. You will want to set that to the first option allowing the phone to use 4G when available. You will find that option in your settings... likely under something similar to Network settings or Mobile Network options.
