Galaxy Tab

I love my TAB except that now some of the standard apps are freezing and need a force close. Email is now becoming more unstable. I am not a trained or experienced tech person nut am willing to learn. Any thoughts?
Running a GT P1000R with Gingerbread.UXKG1 and Firmware 2.3.3

Does this happen with every app you use or just some?

Have you thought about going into the settings and clearing the cache for those apps crashing?

Otherwise you could try a soft reset by turning the device off for about 30 seconds and seeing if that does anything.

Only happens with certain apps
Clear cashe almost weekly
Tried soft reboot/reset
Love to be able to activate the phone feature that some countries enjoy on their TAB.
