on opening, screen shows 7 8 9 0 ok in a numeric keypad, asking I presume for a pin number.
I havn't given it a pin. HELP!
I cannot move in about or around this screen.
The numbers when touched turn blue, I press ok then the message sorry try again comes up
after trying lots of combinations I am now in frustration mode.
It only stays on this screen I cannot access anything else, can anyone help please?

Welcome to the forums!

If you have accidentally set a pin and forgot it, if you know your Google account/password you can retrieve this pin and unlock your device.

Otherwise you will need to boot into Recovery mode and restore the device.

You can typically do this by holding down the Sound Up/Down and power buttons.

I have tried the volume/power start, and I only get a yellow android with a red triangle and and an excalmation mark!
