Default Samsung Galaxy S2 reboots while bluetooth turned on

Hello,

I have a Samsung Galaxy S2 purchased 6 months back. It went absolutely fine till last month when a problem started. As I turn the bluetooth ON, the device reboots itself and keeps on doing the same till I don't turn the bluetooth OFF.

I first tried to do a factory reset but it did not solve the issue.

I tried to clean up the batteries and clear the data in Settings>Applications>All>Bluetooth folder but still it's not working.

Please help me with the resolution of this issue.

Regards,

Sunny

Hi Sunny. Welcome to Android Forums.

Sorry to hear that you're having some Bluetooth issues. I think your best bet to get some help for this problem is going to be your specific phone's sub-forum, where the folks who know the SGS2 best are most likely to be able to help you out. We have sections for several variations of the S2 here at AF. You can find yours in our Phones section, here:

Android Phones - Android Forums

Best of luck getting this issue resolved. If there's anything else we can do to assist you, please don't hesitate to ask - we'd be happy to help.

Enjoy your time here, and happy posting!
