I've owned my Galaxy Ace for a fortnight. I didn't receive a disc with it so the drivers won't install on my laptop running Vista. Neither can I download Kies to my laptop, It just won't go beyond 1%. Where can I get a disc from please?

Welcome dotmatt!
Usually the drivers will install when you first plug your phone into your computer. No disc needed. However, I am unfamiliar with your device so here is a link to your device forum:

Thanx. I tried that and it just keeps asking for the disc and fails to complete. This is my first post so I'm not sure how to post using the correct forum. I'll have a look.
