Hey there and welcome to Android Forums.
If you mean the widget? Then you could tap and hold anywhere on your home screen until an option comes up to "add" or "widget"
Or the app icon, same method, or even tap and hold on the icon from your app drawer until it let's you drag it to your home screen.
