Default Motorola Razr i

Thanks for all the welcome messages!
I own a Motorola Razr i (amazing handset) which i've ordered through Amazon UK. I wonder (but i know i'm not in the right side of this forum..) if and when i'd get Jelly Bean. Does it comes OTA to everyone around the world once it's ready or it's a carrier matter?

Unfortunately since it's not on the Google line (nexus) it all depends on the carrier when it gets pushed out OTA

Oh.. ok.. :-(
I'm happy enough with ICS, only missing Google Now which i've gotten use to on my old Galaxy Nexus.
Yet i'm happy i've switched from Samsung to Motorola.
