Hi. I am new to this site.

I am looking for an experienced developer - one who knows how packets (voice and data) get in and out of an Android phone - who is interested in
co-developing with Diocipher a state-of-the-art cipher software for the Android.

I am looking for a sweat-equity co-developer of an app for the Android phone.
This person must be experienced in the Android protocol for incoming and outgoing communications.
