Hello,

I work in professional sports and I have a form that I use that I fill out by hand. I would like to have that form on my Galaxy Note so all I have to do is tap on the field and input the information. There are other features that I would like as well such as being able to list the created forms alphabetically, and being able to email them.

I have no experience with Android or have the time to kludge my way throught it. Im looking for someone to get it up and running for me. I will pay you for your time. Please email me if interested.
