Default lost when it comes to installing tarp

I followed a guide on youtube. I have the kindle fire utility and I made a folder named recovery with the file TWRP-blaze. When i run the utility, the device says its online, has adb root, and 4000. However, i get stuck at the please wait screen and the kindle fire logo freezes.

It also says cannot load recovery/recovery.img. Is it a bad download? i followed this guide.
