USB Debugging and Hydro driver issue

I've looked at the other threads about this. They were other phonesand didn't seem to offer ant insight. Problems is the drivers will not install and stick I'd USB debuuging is turned on. They will if its off? But once you turn it back on and connect phone. Windows throws up an error wanting to reinstall them and it can't find them if you try to install them. I'm stumped. Any ideas or insight is appreciated. Thanks..

i had that prob at first, try another pc first and if that doesn't work try reinstalling windows.
i know its a pain but that should fix it.
also make sure you are useing the right driver (32bit or 64bit) for your system

Yea' . Stinks, I do not have access to another PC. Hate to wipe this one. But I guess its time. Have rooted three different devices on it and my son uses it to for his /stuff:-) yuck. So its full of junk.

i'm a freelance pc tech and i reinstall all 3 of mine at lest twice a year.
it really helps to keep the registry under control cause when you get to much junk in there it really affects performance.
