Default Rise or VM?

I am having some lame issues with this phone. Apps taking forever to load, connection issues with wifi and 3G. Freezing up when in the middle of random tasks. I like having ICS but are my issues software, hardware or service?

I have the Kyocera Rise and I'm not having any issues with my phone except that WiFi is slow on downloads from the market, you should try get a replacement if you bought it recently.

Maybe its because I have juice defender... Who knows.
