Cricket Sanyo Zio Calls going to Voicemail

for some strange reason the incoming phone calls on my cricket kyocera zio is going directly to my voicemail. the bars on my cell are either 2 or 3 depending on where it is at.

Same here did you ever figure out the problem? Mine is flashed with OpenZio 2.1.2 rom. is yours stock?
