Got my legend last week and when I plug headphones in to listen to music all is well. However after a while the music tracks will start to continuously skip forward. At this point I've noticed that my headphone icon has become a headset icon.

Anyone else seen this? I'm guessing faulty headphone socket but wanted to check before I go through the hassle of swapping the phone.

Nope - mine works just fine I'm afraid. The lack of a volume button on the headset is infuriation though.

Kept doing this so have returned handset for a replacement which works perfectly!
