How do I Change Android Market app to a different country (Australia)?

Hi - I had a problem with my recently purchased phone and I was advised by the supplier to instal Android 2.3.3. I did and this has fixed my problems (Bluetooth etc), but has resulted in the Android Market app looking at the Chinese market. The app works fine, but I can't understand Chinese - same for the Browser app.

How do I change both the Android Market app and Browser app to a different country (Australia)?

Globy, what do you mean to change the browser to a different country?
Check the settings and enter your desired homepage.

Even though the phone's language is set to English, when the Market app and Browser app are run, they load up with Chinese menus and options. I want them to load up with English language.
