If you simply save the ringtone file, it should end up in the download folder on your SD card. Then use a file manager app, such as ES File Explorer, to copy the ringtone. Make a new folder on your SD card named 'ringtones', and paste the ringtone file there. It should then show up in your ringtone selection process.
