is there a a tutorial on how to use it... i really want 2.2

Its not suggested you do the update that way. You could brick your phone and lose root forever

Read through the forum and make a informed decision, if you still want to do the LG mobile update look here and choose the "download the phone software update" box. This will install the updater program on your computer. it will walk you through doing it. Make sure you have USB debugging on. LG Official Service

It says model not supported for mine. I suppose I need to just wait for the OTA update
