Confused Cleared MS Outlook Data; can't access email

I pulled a rookie move and deleted my data from my LG Ally Android OS. Now, I can't retrieve emails because the set-up function won't allow it to open a connection to the server. ACK! What do I do now?!

I use OutlookReflex to share my outlook emails to android. with this all my emails are stored in desktop.

Hey Mike,
I too use OutlookReflex to view my outlook mail to android. So for it works great for me. I got a mail stating that OutlookReflex is going to come with new features like calenders,task,appointments and notes. I need to know when it will be released?
