Exclamation Need help big time moms lg ally

My moms lg ally is running velocity v 1.2 and some apps (and some i can not lest) says i need root to use them will her phone has root and a recovery installed but says it does not have root will we all know that she has to be rooted and running a recovery because of the rom installed any info on this

Open the SuperUser app, and make sure the apps are allowed to have root access. Then, within the SU app, go to settings and update your SU binaries.
