Cruziin

It's acting like its not getting power... I tried 2 working batteries in it, and got the same results. I can try to turn it on as much as I want, yet, nothing happens. I plug it in and no lights come on. I did 2 battery pulls, and the phone stayed on for about 2 minutes each time, but that's no longer working. ANy help would be greatly appreciated as I do not have the money for a new phone. This is my moms old phone, actually, and is definitely out of warranty.
