Hi..sorry if this is in the wrong place. new to the forums.

I have an LG Ally that acts really, really badly. First of all, the battery drains incredibly fast and often shuts itself off during data usage. Yesterday I lost the ability to hear from the earpiece. I did a soft reset a few times, which did nothing, and then a hard reset while It was plugged into my computer. It made my computer shut down BUT it fixed the issue.

It shut itself off due to a "low battery" (it was really around 80%) and now I can't hear again. Any suggestions? I tried hard resetting again the same way to no avail. My phone is not rooted.
