Default Downloads force close any app/process

Okay so one day the playstore kept getting force closed. Originally I thought that I removed a necessary system file via superuser so I figured a factory reset would help, it didn't. The problem escalated, my phone can't update or download anything. From images to other apps, I can browse and use YouTube. I've tried 3 times, to no avail. I think I uninstalled a necessary system file via superuser, but I removed only gmail and that was over a week ago, does anybody have any suggestions? Like download a zip file containing all the default system files and just place it in the root directory or something?
