Can't establish a data connection; using gmail, browser or market after factory reset.

My phone was not connecting to browser or market so I did a factory reset and now I can't log into Gmail or use browser it says the following when I try to log into my Gmail account: "Can't establish a reliable data connection to the server." and every time I try to use 'browser' it says that the page I am looking for is temporarily down or has moved to a new address. If anyone has ANYTHING that could be of help I would greatly appreciate it.
