Confused Help with calibrating my LG Apex touchscreen please

Hello,

I cannot find out how to calibrate my Apex touchscreen,anyone know how? Do I need an app? My screen needs it!

The Apex sports a capacitive screen meaning that it doesn't need to be calibrated like a resistive screen.
