Default To stop a running app?

Somene with an Enlighten wants to easily stop an app that is running. My Samsung Fascinate comes with a widget that lists rnning apps and lets you stop them individually. Apparently the LG system doesn't include this function?

Yes, we could just go into the Settings and pull up all the running apps and services and pick through to force close. But the key word is "easy", as in for someone who's not used to a touch screen and is not real "tech minded".

If the LG does include a widget similar to my Samsung, can someone point it out to me? If not, can you recommend an easy-to-use app-stopping application?

Thanks!
Ed
