The site that's giving me issues is www.gametrailers.com. How can i manually update my flash player. I checked through the market but it seems i have the latest version because it doesn't say anything about updating. And i always have my browser set to desktop view.

Huh that page won't even load for me on Dolphin HD. It just goes to a blank white page. And I know I have plug ins enabled and flash is updated

OK look. In dolphin HD go in settings and make sure the user agent is Android. Also enable JavaScript. With these I am able to perfectly load the page and videos. You should be able to load too.

Ok i see. The problem being though is if i make the user agent Android then i get the mobile webpage for the site. I don't do mobile webpages. I stick with desktop versions and thats where my problem is at. Change your user agent to Desktop and try visiting the site and let me know how it goes. BTW i got your pm and am gonna give that a shot now.

I figured i would organize the apps that people liked and post them, saving people time from having to read everything in this thread to find the cool apps they’re looking for. I know that some of these are in the poll, but some aren't.

Games
Plants vs. Zombies (Free) A game... with plants and zombies!
Overkill (Free) A game.
Blood and Glory (Free) A nice game. Both bloody AND gory =)
FinalStrike3D (Paid, 2.99) A pretty cool game.
Root Explorer (Paid, 3.99) A file explorer to manage your documents, files, etc.

Browsers

Opera Mobile (Free) A pretty good browser
Dolphin HD (Free) An AWESOME browser!
Skyfire (Free) A decent browser.

Optimization
LG Esteem Optimizer (Paid 4.99 on sale for 3.99) Optimization features geared towards the LG Esteem!
Juice Defender (Free or Paid, 3.99) Extends Battery Life
2x Battery (Free) Extends Battery Life. Some use Juice Defender, Others use this.

Security
Visidon Applock (Free) Locks your phone, and wont unlock it unless its YOUR face that it sees!
Magic Locker (Free) Popular and highly customizable lock screen
SeekDroid (Paid, 4.99) Locate a stolen or lost love (Android Phone)

Multimedia
MixZing Media Player (Free or Paid, 4.99) Pretty good media player.
Pandora (Free) Internet Radio
Slacker Radio (Free) Internet Radio.
Double Twist (Free) Syncs music/video to your PC AND Mac!
Netflix (Free, subscription required) Stream shows, movies, etc. straight from your phone
Dropbox (Free) Syncs data with all your devices.

Misc.

Pure Calendar (Paid, 1.99) A popular and stable calendar widget.
Sensorly (Free) Helps you find the best carrier for coverage in your area.
ADW Launcher EX (Free) A popular launcher.
HD Widgets (Paid, 1.99) Name pretty much describes it...
Torque (Free or Paid) Get readings from your car using an ADB2 bluetooth adapter.
Office Suite Pro (Paid) Edit documents... On your phone!
Screenshot (Free) Takes Screenshots on your phone.
Desk Clock Plus (Free) Awesome alarm clock for Androids
ADB Wireless (Free) Connects wirelessly to the phone as if connected via USB!
Tapatalk (Paid, 2.99) Another forums app. Android Forums included!

4Shared Mobile, an app to share files, like dropbox. But to some, its even better.

Here's my new favorite app. 4Shared Mobile from the market. Its the only file sharing app that will actually let you use nothing but your phone including copying the dl link to share files.

I no longer like dropbox nor box for this reason.

Dropbox is still working for me. What trouble are you having?

No internet ATM so having to do everything from my phone. When I upload to dropbox I can't move it to the public folder on using my phone and also can't copy the download link for stuff already in the public folder.

That's weird. It's working fine on my phone. Are you changing the upload folder to public. When you press the arrow next to a file in the public folder it doesn't give you the share option?

Yes, you can set a gesture to hide the status bar and yes you can hide the indicator. The reason I will only use Go is because there are so many options to customize. Go is just about the heaviest launcher but for me personally, the customization trumps that.

Just wondering? Has anyone actually use all there space up for apps?

Also, has anyone heard of the app called AppMonster Pro? Its a pretty nice app that backups your apps, and don't need root access for it, and it will also backup any app automatically you download from the Market to your SD Card. Its only like $3.25 but its worth it. I decided to update my phone and to go with out root for awhile, and was looking for a alternative to Tiny Umbrella, and Rom Toolbox, and picked up AppMonster Pro. I just like the fact that it will backup any app you download from the market acourse if you tell it too! Anyways figured I'd add that to the list.

Yea, it has a similar feel to GOW. I don't play it that much, but its a descent game. If you like GOW, you will probably like Shadowgun.

My favorite application is one I don't think anyone mentioned before "360 launcher". In my opinion it is the best launcher out there because it has everything from screen lock to wallpapers.

360 is still beta but I consider it better than all the others, Im just waiting for some things to be fixed/included before I use it as my main launcher. Its definately worth installing.

No other sms app can touch this. You want privacy with customizable interface, try the free version and dont be suprised if you end up buying the paid version. Well worth the money!!!
