Help

ok this morning we'll i was on instagram i dropped all bars but i still have internet i just cant make any calls or text.this is the 3rd times this happened to me .does anyone know how to solve this .
I need help asap:/

I was in test mode and i fixed it, just cant seem to get rid of the hidden menu option or the factory cable.
