does anybody know how to modify the camera into a 8mp camera

We only have a 5mp camera its the hardware not the software. Can't do it. Sorry

on the LunarUi rom it claims to have modded the camera into a 8mp camera

I don't want to miss inform you but I'm pretty positive that it is a hardware limitation. If anyone wants to correct me feel free too (with links please) as it would be good information to have but till then I don't believe its possible.

ive seen alot of placebo mods on here and that would be one of them. since it hardware related and not software related like jeff said. also how would the creator of such a mod be able to tell how many megapixel did he manage to modify his camera to??
