LG Eve charger to electric outlet in other countries?

Will this be ok to plugin in a country with a higher voltage than in Canada? It seems that is very standard these days. I don't have it on hand to check.

I have been to Peru in January with my LG phone and I connected the phone to charge and it worked perfectly and they do have higher voltage.
