Using on T-Mobile USA 3G

Hi, I was wondering if I bought an unlocked LG Eve and updated to Froyo, would it work on T-Mobile USA 3G or 3.5G? And, would there be any differences if I used it on T-Mobile USA? What about difficulties updating?
