Exclamation Warning: Trouble after updating to sw version V10i

The other day I plugged my rooted GW620 in and checked if there were any updates for the phone from LG. I ran LGMobile update and it told me that a version V10i was available.
The phone was updated seemingly without errors, but after booting the phone, I found that LG Home was corrupted. It wouldn't load. The phone tried again and again, but it would only force close.
At the end I had to dial the hidden menu code and do a factory reset. After this everything worked, but I had lost all my applications etc..

This might be because I had a rooted phone and deleted some "undeletable" apps, and that's why it happened.

This is just a warning so that you know that these things happen.

at least you have the option to update via the LG website. The last 2 times I tried updating the update program locked up and fried my phone. Not sure what i'm gonna do for 1.6...
