Unhappy My G2 Screen goes blackout

Recently MY G2 phone screen gone black while I listening radio. I feel all touch functions work even screen goes black. even incoming calls are coming without problem but I can't see anything.

I haven't any idea about it. I turn off the phone and switch on it several time and sometime screen on normally. But some time it goes black again. Hope some one give any idea about this

Could be a number of things.

Most likely is a misbehaving app: I have one game on my phone that has worked with every previous version of Android but causes similar problems with 4.4.4. Hopefully, the developer will release a fix soon . Try using a different radio app.

There may be some other software-related conflict. Backup everything on your phone (see here for further information) then do a factory reset (see here for further information).

Alternatively, it might be storage-related. Phones can start to do funny things when internal storage gets too low. You should try to keep between 500Mb and 1GB of space free.

If all else fails, then you may need a repair

Thanks for quick catch up.

First I not install anything recently. Also it has over 25GB in storage.

I'll try to do factory restore and let see what happen. Thanks for ideas. Will be back after this.
