Default 2 small lights?

I'm sure many people have not even noticed them as you need to hold the phone just right to see them, so I was interested in finding out if anyone knows what the 2 very small things are on the top right of the main screen?

They look like lights and would like to find out if these are programmable if that's what they are.

I do not think they are programmable.
