Surprised Help! How to delete ringtones?

I recently played a prank on my cousin and he got back at me by getting into my phone and downloading tons of innapropriate apps, I uninstalled them all, but one of the apps included ringtones of a bunch of moaning girls and I can't seem to get them off of my ringtones list! I installed a file manager and deleted the file, but they're still there! Please help.

Haha I had the same issue. Here is what you are going to do. You are going to download the app called Astro file manager. Then you will open up the files on your SD card. You will need to look for the file that contains these sounds and once you find the whole file hold it and delete it. After that unmount your SD card and restart your phone. It will get rid of it.
