Default New Sphere cam?
Has anyone tried installing the Photo Sphere version of the cam/gallery?
Install Android 4.2 Camera apk with Photo Sphere on 4.1, ICS & Gingerbread - DonAndroid

I have not tried it yet, I would imagine the file names may be different for the lucid from what it appears in system/app
