Default Help! Visual voice mail home page

Help! Every time I turn on my LG phone, I get an ad to purchase visual voice mail. Does anyone know how to remove this??? Thanks.

I would suggest to maybe contact your carrier and see if they have anything to do with it.

Otherwise it could be a rogue app you downloaded posting that, if so, you might just have to go through the process of uninstalling apps to see which one it is.

I do think it's a provider problem (Verizon). My husband has the same phone and, ever since we updated our Droid software, it's been there.

hmmm could be a problem with the phone. im gonna move you over to the LG Lucid forums and maybe someone has had the same problem over there.
