Default Is Apps2SD needed with 5GB internal Memory

What are your thoughts regarding keeping your
apps on the internal memory or the SD card.

In my case, I doubt I'll ever get near the limit of the 5GB internal.

Plenty of room no need for it imo unless you have way to many apps downloaded

As long as you have the room, I understand it's better to leave them in Internal because the apps are more readily assessable.
I leave all my apps in internal.

I tried a few app-2-sd apps, none worked, all reported that the file structure wasn't right, wasn't what was expected for a mountable device.

If you look at things... you'll see

/mnt/sdcard

and

/sdcard

both as folders, with one, I'm guessing, being a symbolic link

either way you look at it, the mountable DEVICE SD card appears as

/mnt/sdcard/external_sd

and

/sdcard/external_sd

my Linux training says that can be reconfigured... but I'd have to crack the book to remember where the configuration file is.

I would ensure though, to modify settings of apps, so that backups n other data go to external...or will wind up out of room eventually.
And would also migrate as many apps as possible from phone to internal sd.

Most of us would either find a use for the space eventually,
and it can't hurt performance.
