Did you clear the data? Is it still acting up?
You could also try restarting your device (Not a factory reset) to see if that might help.

Try going to settings > applications > all, find Google Services Framework. Clear data and reboot the phone.
That help?
Do you have free space to download what you are trying to get?

Thats what I suggest as well.
If that doesnt work I'm stumped.
Sometimes I have to cancel and then redownload it to get it to download.
You're sure you have a data connection right?

Try putting it in airplane mode for 10seconds and disable it then reboot it and try downloading something. Could be something with the signal.

Try this
We are going to reprogram your phone manually which will refresh everything.
Open to the phone dialer screen
press
##626*
It will then ask you for the service code
type in 587846
Click NAM Programming
Then just hit Done
The phone should reboot. This will 99.9% usually fix most data related issues.

Another thing you can try is to clear the data and cache for Internet (or browser), Download Manager, and Play Store. Reboot and it should work again.
If you are rooted, when you reboot, clear your cache and dalvik before the full reboot.

The LG Motion 4G is another mid-tier device, this time headed straight to Metro PCS customers. It may not be a superphone you have beend reaming of, but it will do great considering its $150 price-point.
It's 1.2 GHz dual-core processor... Read More
