I rooted my phone about a month now and every since i can't dl on wifi. I can load web pages but can't dl from web or play store. Its not that big if a deal since i get @4mbs dl from 4g but for some big files i would prefer wifi. Can anyone help? Had anyone had this same problem?

And have you tried the app called superdownloads it should work or maybe try the app called wifix from the market. You may want to reset your data and format date.....

No didn't work before the app is done fixing the wifi the phone reboots

have you tried downloading different things? torrents? web? market? did you try other wifi networks?

Ok it may not be the phone check the WiFi out on the pc and see if you have full WiFi rights on your Verizon or Comcast WiFi box log on as a admin. Check to see if you have been blocked. If you can't log on to the WiFi box just reset the WiFi box

this has to do with your wifi, check your settings and troubleshooting guide. I had a cheap router and had bunch of isssues. Then i got good linksys and set up took me 2 min, and no problems whats so ever.

I was typing on my phone so I did not post much. Try resetting your router. Check number of connections. (maybe you've reached the limit) update your firmware. Check router settings. If it's an old router, maybe it's time to update.

I can't dl anything on the play store even over 4g now the signal just drops out, not stable... Any help?

try reseting your phone, other than that, your phone might be defective.
