Default Erratic scrolling?

Some times when I'm scrolling through something I flick the page and as it slows down it jumps to a random part on the page below. There are specific times when it does it too. If I'm using the browser it doesn't do it but on help me pages in apps it does.

Anyone else have that problem?

It is annoying, at first I thought it was the browser issue, but after I tried a few, I gave up.

Nope problem is still there. Haven't noticed anything with my battery either. Still lasts me all day.

In system settings/developer there is animation and touch settings. Give it a shot. I use 2x animations .

Thx! Looks promising, I'm going to try it for a while and see how it works. :-)

Edit: Doesn't seem to help really.. Maybe a bit? I can't tell.
