Default Is there any way to get rid of sending “excuse message” when someone is calling?

On my LG optimus 2x (Android 2.3.4 version) when someone is calling me, I have 3 buttons (on the display) answer / not answer and excuse message. Every time when I take phone out of the pocket, accidentally I pressed that button (became extremely annoying because the phone is not ringing anymore…) I have deleted all excuse messages but with no result (button is still there)

so is there any way to get rid of sending “excuse message” when someone is calling (on the display)?
