Default Cricket Optimus C Unlocking

I see a Cricket LG Optimus C for sale on Craigslist. Is the Optimus C a locked or unlocked phone i.e, can it be used with other CDMA carriers such as Sprint for voice and data? If it's a locked phone, can it be easily unlocked?

Don't know. However on a side note to this question I went to a Corporate store and found out you can put other phones on your account. Catch is it has to be a cricket phone. So if you had a unlocked phone that was not cricket, the guy at the store told me he could not put it on my account.
