Phone won't stay in sleep mode
I have an LG optimus Chat (2 months old) and I noticed the battery would die just hours after a full charge.
I don't use my phone often but I use it as my home phone and leave it on (in sleep mode - screen black) on a side table most of the day. About a week ago when the battery issue started, I noticed that after I would put it in sleep mode, the next time I would walk in the room the screen would be on, waiting to be unlocked. This is killing my battery and I have to charge it 1-2 a day.
Any ideas as to why it wakes itself up. The battery usage stats say that 90-100% is used on screen display but I have the brightness turned down to 10% and atuo-sleep at 30 secs.
I'm very confused and would appreciate any help people can give.
