Unhappy Lg optimus Elite can't connect to Belkin router PLEASE HELP!!!

I have the N450 DB Wi-Fi Dual-Band N+ Router. when I try to connect the LG Optimus Elite I get a connection loop. I.E: Authenticating belkin> obtaining IP> Scanning> Disconnecting. Then it repeats that whole process again. I've tried broadcasting Issid and with no luck. I've enabled DCHP with no results. I tried Static IP, the process changed this time it just connects and disconnects repeatedly every second. I think I've tried everything to searching google, yahoo, etc. Help.

Make sure you have security set to WAP PSK, and have the correct password. It has trouble connecting to WEP security settings.

It didn't work. The phone just scans>connects>disconnects every second.
