Default Multi-track video editing studio

Is anyone aware of anything like this for android? I've looked around and only have found a couple things that really aren't all that functional. I was thinking something along the lines of like a movie creating studio with multiple tracks for overlaying of effects and multiple video content. Most of what I found is just apps that add audio overlays and splice video tracks together end to end. I'm more interested in being able to add visual overlays. Any ideas?

As far as I know, unfortunately that kind of power cannot be wielded by a Droid, Master DsyMnapTic. IIRC, the Jedi Counsel's closest/best available for Droids is Magisto. And here's AndroidPolice's review of it
