Default System Warning on my LG GT540 phone

I have a symbol on the top left corner of my phone, its a triangle with ! on it, according to the user manual it means 'system warning', does anyone know how I get rid of this or why it has appeared??!?!?!

Look at your notifications which should include an explanation for the warning. You can do this either by dragging down the bar at the top (a bit fiddly) or pressing the menu button when you are at the home screen (i.e. home button, menu button, press notifications).
