Default Changing font back to default after installing Gingerbread theme for Android 2.2 update?

I've recently upgraded my GT540 to Android 2.2 and installed the Gingerbread theme via Recovery mode from this post: http://androidforums.com/lg-optimus-gt540/251202-cyanogenmod-6-1-android-2-2-here-gt540.html

Now the font is different. I actually like the font but on my PlayerPro app and some apps with long names, it shows a lot of question marks inside a rectangle instead of the proper text like this --> [?]. I'd like to know how you can reset back to the original font or how to get rid of the [?]s.

Thanks!

Shouldn't installing the default theme put the font back?
