Lg Pc Suite error code

I have downloaded Lg Pc Suite IV but when I try to open the program a Window called "LGUX.exe - Application Error" pops up. It then says "The application failed to initialize properly (0xc0150002). Click OK to terminate the application".

Can someone help me sort this problem out.
